VARiD via MATLAB

VARiD is a snp-calling platform that can work with both color-space and 
letter-space data together. For now, we request the input reads to be 
mapped and in prettyprint (following probcalc) format (allowing more formats 
is our main priority). We are currently offering the source code in MATLAB, 
with the C version nearly ready as well. To run the MATLAB version, please 
see the file run_wrap_rel.m for the needed parameters (essentially the readsfile 
and the reference file in (multi)fasta format). On a single core, running 10x CS 
coverage on ~250kb region takes under 10 minutes in matlab, and around 4 minutes 
in C.
